The Man Who Gave His Name To Barry

I am writing and recording a site-specific audio walk for Barry Island, about the sixth-century St Barruc after whom the town is named. The recording will be available online as part of Barry – Making Waves, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Vale of Glamorgan Council and Barry Town Council.

I will be leading a live story walk at Barry Island in June in conjunction with Landscapes of Faith, a festival celebrating the stories of faith embedded in Welsh history and geography.
